Kinda' Blue..Hurricane Coming..

Waiting for a hurricane...Earl. Hope the garden doesn't suffer too much. Will the Heavenly Blue Morning Glory be able to hold on for dear life, and will Cimicifuga racemosa below remain standing tall?

....Or, will Earl, like Danielle, go out to sea and just leave us with more hot weather? That would be nice.

  2. Hi Brenda, beautiful pictures today. I too hope Earl stays far away from you and the gardens! Scary.

  3. Beautiful morning glory. I do hope the morning glory stand ground, it would be such a shame to see them drenched in one go.

  5. Hah, we're in synchronicity, Brenda. My 'Heavenly Blue' morning glories are blooming profusely, and the cimucifuga AND the miscanthuses are just coming on. All could be somewhat rain drenched and flattened by the wind in a couple of days, but whatever will be will be....

  6. Thanks everyone for kindly commenting.

Michele and Sue, fingers crossed the hurricane loses it's umph!! So far though..no!

Mango Cheeks..think the Heavenly Blue will make it, at least hope so. Goodness the garden needs rain but not a hurricane))).

Dunc...thanks...)))) Great new fiddler you got there!!

Jodi...I didn't think of the miscanthus..yes..they will really suffer if the rain is torrential and, likely yours, as ours, are just showing their plumes(((...grumble and expletive omitted...
